Here are some FAQs

1. What are the daily rates for your studio?

Our current daily rates with resident artists are £70 - £80 per hour or £400 - £450 for a Day session - dependant on the artist.

2. Do you offer aftercare?

Yes we do. We currently provide a pot of free aftercare treatment with your session. We regularly update this so you may get something different on your next session.

3. Is there parking nearby?

There is parking available in some nearby Pay and Display carparks. The closest being Mayorhold.

4. Do you offer gift cards?

We have some beautifully made gift cards which you can purchase either through social media or in person. Please make sure that when you buy a voucher that the name of the artist is given. This ensures that the artist who will be doing your work will get paid. These will need to be collected in person.

5. Do you offer discounted rates?

We do! We currently offer an NHS discount and Emergency services 10% discount. This is also dependant on the artist’s discretion.

We will also be adding a multiple session discount - if you have booked and sat for multiple day sessions, then you will receive a large discount!

6. Can I choose my artist?

You certainly can! When booking please make sure you specify your preference. If we feel that you would be best suited with a different artist then we will suggest this. We want you to have the best possible experience and have the right artist for the job! Ultimately, the decision is yours.

7. What if I am not happy with my design?

Your tattoo will be on your body forever - hopefully. Therefore, it is important that if at any stage during the process you are unsure of something then please ask your artist. We want to do our best for you.

8. Do I need to pay a deposit?

You will need to pay a deposit to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable, however are deducted from your final payment. If you do not show up for your appointment, or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, unfortunately you will loose your deposit. We are happy to move or cancel your appointment if there is 48 hours or more notice. You can move your appointment three times. Any more will result in loosing your deposit and your appointment being cancelled.

9. How do I look after my tattoo after my appointment?

We provide you with an aftercare form which details do’s and don’ts for looking after your tattoo. Feel free to ask your artist any questions whilst at your appointment. If you forget something, don’t be afraid to send them a message when you get home. We will always try to respond in a timely manner.
